I got an IPv4 for $60 the day before the trade just for the price so I have the tc option but I want my full mech box all day, no mosfets just thick wire and high amp button.
I don't see many people talking about unregulated non-FET boxes any more. I made one with 12ga solid wire and a "60A" switch which is probably more like 10A in real life (optimistically). It hits like a champ but I'm always just waiting on the switch to weld.

Could someone just tell me which tank has the best flavor, decent airflow, no leaking issues and in general the most awesomeness so I can just buy that one and be happy for a couple weeks or so? Thanks. :)

Looks exactly like the one for the Sauce code at Vapor DNA.
I bought 3 of these to use on Atlantis V1, V2 and a Super Tank but the only testing I've done
so far is on an Atlantis V1.
Built with Kanthal and Rayon it is fantastic, I'll be trying ni200 next.

Haha yep. Just ordered a Tobeco Super Tank. Don't think it's been mentioned here yet. I'll be sure and post my thoughts once I spend some time with it.

I can say for sure (thanks to @rudogg760) that the new v2 Atlantis coils are better than the originals and the OCC v1s. Better flow and flavor. It still isn't quite as flavorful as the Arctic though, IMHO.

i can without a doubt 100% confirm that the .3 ohm ijust 2 coils from eleaf are better than the .3 ohm atlantis v2 coils in flavor. almost moneyback garuntee. i tell you what, if a person buys the .3ohm ijust 2 coils and does not like them, i will buy the remaining 4 off of you, thats how strongly i agree with that statement. now i can only do that with 1 person, so if you want to do that pm me. you have nothing to lose.

Has anyone found a driptip that will fit the Sigelei Elite Tank? The one it comes with is massive and none of my standard 510 driptips fit in the space for them. What is worse, my sensitive teeth hate metal driptips. Help? I really want to use this tank more often but I can't.

The Tobeco was mentioned a few pages back, but I'll definitely be interested in hearing how it performs.

I considered buying one of those bell cap clone tanks fast tech sells, now I see I will not. Sorry u had to deal with that, at least (I hope) it was a fairly cheap lesson learned and will save others having to go through that. That said i have a plastic isub on the way and if i really like it I may order a couple more, dirt cheap and I like the plastic tank idea because I'm a clutz.

youde sent me the goliath v2 and the goblin mini to review, usually i wouldnt post that here because the goblin is an rta and the goliath v1 was an rta also but the goliath v2 is a sub ohm tank with an rba section now like the zephyrus, its no longer a dedicated rta. i wanted the goliath for my birthday coming up so this worked out great lol

The goblin was a lil pain in the ass to wick n i kinda dont like the fill screw on the bottom but thats the price to pay for the small size. I havent put a build in the goliath yet, im using the pre made coil for now.

Your review was part of the reason I chose the isub along with the price, and I wanted a poly subtank because I am so hard on stuff.

So apparently I won't be getting an Ijust 2 because Vapenw.com doesn't keep their website updated and they are out of stock now. So now I have to wait for a refund. Screw you Vapenw!

The Beast is here! First impressions: this sucker is noticeably heavier than the Subtank Mini. Very solid to the touch, great machining and overall excellent build quality. And the vape is awesome! I've got the 1.2 ohm stock coil in right now, vaping Boss Reserve at 35 watts and the airflow half closed off, and the flavor really pops with enormous clouds. Airflow is over the top. Very smooth hits with no interruption or dry hits. Great so far!

I recommend that HorizonTech Arctic, it never ever leaks has the excellent air flow with crazy vapour and good taste.

The 0.2 dual turbine coils hit the sweet spot between 60/70W depending on the type of juice.

The flavor is noticeably improved over the Subtank Mini, although I thought the Mimi had great flavor as well. The inhalation of the vape seems smoother as well, possibly due to the wider stubby drip tip. I'm not sure how I like the top fill yet--- seems to take just as long to fill, plus it seems it would be complicated taking juice out in case you wanted to switch flavors.

I guess the advantage is that you don't need to keep unthreading your tank from your device every time you need to refill.

I've been rocking the Arctic for awhile now. It's a great tank. I run mine at 40ish watts most of the time when its on my IPV Mini2. Then other times its on a SMPL mech mod at 75ish watts (you have to file down the negative 510 threads for the Arctic to work on a hybrid mech mod, don't blow shit up please).

I don't notice the sweet spot you (and others) have mentioned. With the 0.2 coils on a mech it's an angry little booger and it gets hot fast but its a great vape as long as I don't chain vape it. On a regulated mod I really like it around 40-50W but I'll try playing around at 60-70 tomorrow (because research). I DIY and my juice is 80VG minimum, maybe that is causing a difference in my wattage preference. My juice is not over-flavored, but it's definitely not lightly flavored either. Some mixes rock out in the Arctic and some are muted. It's not bad when it comes to flavor but its not at the level of a (properly setup) RTA either. For me, the convenience of prefab coils, the ability to lay on its side and a little less flavor trumps the headaches of the RTA by a mile though. For the Arctic, I think I like the 0.5 coils better but maybe my 0.2s were a bad batch. The 0.2s taste a little funky.

Did I mention that an Arctic on a IPV Mini2 is the shit? If I had to leave the house with one mod and atty right now... that would be the combo. Fits in my hand nicely and fucks my face off.

My Super Tank will be here tomorrow though... Let the games begin.

I DIY as well, and have the same tastes with the type of juice as you have described in your post. And totally agree with you about the convenience over an RTA. Also agree that every now and then I come across a foul tasting 0.2 coil, but I much prefer them over the 0.5 which I don't like at all.

What you may not be aware is that there are 2 types of coils for the Artic, I use the dual coils and they don't even fire up until I hit 60w. It's possible you are using the single coil version.

Do any of you Beast users have anything to say on juice consumption? My first take is it seems to go through it pretty quick, but I'm still feeling my way through filing it up and I may not be filing it to capacity. I'm already missing the clear glass of the ST to be able to easily eyeball my juice level.

On the full size version, I think it is just under 5ML, I fill right up to the top at the seal level. Of course since it is new to you, I am sure you are putting her through the paces. I certainly did the first few days. Then it pretty much tapered off as I found I wasnt hitting it every 5 seconds lololol

Hope you're right! It's hard to see, but I assume the juice holes of the coil are below the window? Meaning I can drain it to the bottom of the window?
