I've noticed there's a particular group of people who are absolutely exercise crazy... in the BEST way possible, of course.

I'm not talking about low back pain sufferers (although they, too, always ask about exercises they can do).

How Magnesium Affects Immunity

Dr. Russell Blaylock, M.D., writes:


It has been shown that magnesium is essential for the formation of immunoglobulin G (IgG), as well as being critical for immune cell function and regulation of inflammatory cytokines. The mineral also controls one of the most important types of cells in the innate immune system: macrophages. For all these reasons, significant magnesium deficiency will impair a person’s immune system, putting them at substantial risk of infection.

Special: The Shocking Truth About Magnesium

A recently described genetic disorder has demonstrated just how important magnesium is to healthy immunity. Scientists named this disorder XMEN disease (X-linked immunodeficiency with magnesium defect, Epstein-Barr virus infection, and neoplasia). The condition is associated with a severe chronic viral infection with a high incidence of cancer. Low magnesium impairs the ability of the immune system to combat the virus.

A deficiency in magnesium has also been shown to impair the development of lymphocytes — immune cells that are critical for protecting against viral infections and cancer. People with XMEN disease have very low blood lymphocyte levels.

Asthma sufferers’ condition is also made much worse by magnesium deficiency. On the other hand, supplementing them with magnesium rapidly improves their condition, both by opening their airways and by reducing the immune response that triggered the attack in the first place.

Animals that have been made magnesium-deficient exhibit severe inflammation, heightened stress responses, impaired immunity, and shrinkage of their thymus gland, which produces immune cells.

I wanted to share with you one of my go-to remedies for supporting immunity, gut health, and metabolism - a potent Ginger Turmeric Elixir that I try to drink regularly.

Hey Jimi,

Jackfruit is such a fantastic fruit that shreds like pork. The first time I heard of Jackfruit being used as meat, I thought it was CRAZY.

But then I tried it. O.M.G. It’s incredible. I recently had some Jackfruit Street Tacos at a vegan restaurant in San Antonio, Senior Veggie, and they were AMAZING.

I knew I would have to try to make my own Jackfruit Street Taco Recipe at home.

Yesterday, I spoke about Precision Emotional Healing for Cancer, what I believe is a critical missing piece in the way we deal with cancer.

It’s an incredible program that gives 1:1 support for cancer patients, survivors and their families. It helps them work through the overwhelming emotional process of a diagnosis.

Today - I’d like to share the inspiring story of a recent graduate from the program that inspires hope in me.

Angie is a 3-time leukemia survivor. As you can imagine, she was haunted by a constant fear of her cancer returning again.

Understandably, Angie had developed severe anxiety from the repeated trauma of facing death over and over again. She hated to cause even more worry for her family… so she kept her struggles private.

But the stress was taking a toll on her. Even though she was “healthy” she felt like a ghost, afraid to live.

Liber8’s Precision Emotional Healing for Cancer program was the lifeline she needed.

We Need Healthy Farm Ecosystems – Not Harmful Pesticides:

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the Environmental Protection Agency’s approval of a medically important antibiotic – streptomycin – for widespread use in citrus groves, because the agency failed to adequately analyze impacts on pollinators and ensure that the drug actually prevents the diseases claimed on its labels. The decision will protect workers, public health, and the environment by halting new uses of streptomycin on citrus farms (at least for now) – and it provides a window of opportunity to expand resources that help farmers transition to healthier options. Colorado health care workers given new live Ebola vaccine that sheds:


No matter how many articles I search and read, I cannot find out whether or not these health workers were made aware of what they were being given.

FDA package insert states the vaccine “sheds” onto others 31.7% of the time and for up to 20 days after vaccination.

FDA has approved it for use in children 12 months and older. Gawd. They just keep coming up with more and more poisons to shoot into babies.

A tiny country's health ministry tried to take down the website of an American scientist, journalist and entrepreneur (Steve Kirsch) for posting anonymized, important public health data. He said no.​
