based on Asolo design, it can support almost all the coil material in the market, Ti, Ni, Ni-Cr, Ti-cr, Kanthal A1,etc. it is the first and only one that can support kanthal in the market so far.
kanthal taste better than Ti or Ni, and you would use other material as you like, by the way, what is your favorite material

i'd better not to talk about which is healthier, because i talk this in the topic before, but some people feel not happy after i said Ti/Ni less healthier way on vapor.
people can choose to use their favorite wires materials, for me, kanthal is better.

I think the concern is that in the video it appears that the device is first set for Ti, and we are left to assume its a Ti coil being used.
But later in the video the device is adjusted in to Power mode.... or watts mode, and we are left to assume it is the same coil being used.... Ti.
If thats all correct, then how does the device "Safe-guard" the user from over heating Ti or nickle coils ?
Did I get the concern correct ?
Latest look at this device looks good IMHO !

I have read through some of this thread. It amazes me how some people just want to argue. I don't really know why they are like this. I don't know if it works. It might, it might not. Why sit here and doubt everything gracechen says. If it does not work, then you probably won't buy one, if it does work you still might not buy one, Who cares. If it works, then there will be people who will bitch about the price. Well vaping is not a rite, it is a privileged. Its not anyone else's fault you cannot afford it. Some folks just like to doubt and be argumentative. I don't know why, just the way they are I guess. Maybe they hope to be able to say "I told you so" and it makes them feel more powerful or something. Bottom line is this, it will work or it will not. Just because you personally don't understand how it would work certainly does not make it impossible. I figure the Wright Bros. faced the same attitude that is being given out on this forum by some. Folks just wait and see. No skin off your back if it doesn't work, unless you have bought stock or something in this company.

the video is showing some update functions,
1. firstly we add Ti/Ni mode, and in Ti/Ni mode, we can change ℃ to ℉ or change ℉ to ℃.
only on Ti/Ni mode can do this change.
2.swift Ti/Ni mode to special TC mode have to adjusted into power mode firstly, then on power mode, keep pressing the T button will enter special TC mode, which have % on the screen.
3.when you change ℃ to ℉, will see ℉ after %, people can change it by themself.
4.we recommend special TC mode, which able to support all wires all coil to be temperature control.
only when people like to manual with temperature, they can use Ti/Ni mode but change this habit is easy after use Asolo, using special TC mode is amazing, no matter which coil you use, if it can work on power mode, it will able to be temperature control by Asolo special TC mode.
enjoy no burning taste is easy.
5.our Ti/Ni mode is special with other normal temperature control mod, when enter Ti/Ni mode, it will auto choose a good watt for the atomizer, if you teach it before enter the mode by take several puff, it will choose a perfect taste for you atomizer.
another function is, if the atomizer is use kanthal or Ni-Cr, Ti-cr, but not Ti/Ni, even it can enter the mode, but it won't allow you use kanthal or Ni-Cr, Ti-cr on Ti/Ni mode.
Wanted to add, most of the posters here have voiced legitimate concerns, and asked intelligent questions. There was just a few that were being buttholes, in my opinion. Hit me like if they did not understand it, then it was impossible. Like they were the end all in vaping technology. Just a good thing that many inventors in the past did not listen to folks like that.

With the reviewers I think its more of finding one that has similar taste in gear as you do, especially with vaping styles.
I do know that for 1, I don't trust anything that RIP has to say(every RDA is the best one he's used ) , although he does offer some good rebuilding tutorials. I also seem to enjoy the same type of gear that TWISTED does, more than any of the others. So I look at it from the perspectives of, if he likes it, odds are I will also. The only reviewer I completey trust for facts, is Busardo, only because of the numbers, as to his opinion on things, I tend to be opposite him on most items. Then again with the TC stuff, he is still learning so I base that strictly on his numbers.
I see where you're coming from, and I've had my fair share of bullshit in life, as we all have. But, none of the reviewers have been responsible for any of it.. Furthermore I have done some pretty dumb shit myself, so I can't hold that against them or anyone for that matter. Find me a person who has not fucked up or made a mistake in life. I respect the guy more for making a turnaround, being honest about it and being successful since then dong something he enjoys and helping people.
