Will this device utilize pulse width modulation?
If so, what frequency, or range of frequencies will the device utilize?
Are there restrictions for coil size to effectively utilize temperature limiting? ie. number of wraps and/or coil diameter and wire gauge?

If that was the basis for you calling her a liar, you should probably apologize right now. They wait for the patent application to be officially accepted after the long application process. Then the product is released as "Patent Pending" almost always with the patent being awarded eventually months if not years later, if a patent is indeed awarded.

But a US method patent was already applied for and denied over a year ago that utilized an AC radio frequency source and the coil had to be a true "coil" in the electronics sense. It was hard to vape with the children's lunch box sized prototype I saw but it looked like it worked perfectly. Last I heard the engineer who built it was leaving the country to pursue foreign investment as no one here would take his lunch box mod seriously after the DNA 40 was announced and his patent efforts failed. Maybe he ended up in China.
